HealthCart provides food product scanning and analytical information. You agree not to use the application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

HealthCart does not provide medical advice. The information, diet compatibility, ingredient analysis, and other content provided by the application are for informational purposes only. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the HealthCart app. Always consult with a doctor or registered dietitian regarding specific food allergies, intolerances, and diets.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
5. Intellectual Property
The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HealthCart and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HealthCart, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; or (ii) the nutritional analyses or diet recommendations generated by the application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
